is a tool for development, using which the Coach helps the client identify the goal and reach it using her own and the organization's resources
is an interactive, goal-oriented, forward-looking, appreciative, and trusting cooperative relationship
is a method of solution-oriented, result-oriented, and systematic interaction
emphasizes the development of a person in line with both their own motivation and their organization's goals and expectations
With the help of coaching, you can achieve proactive, active, achieving, goal-oriented, thoughtful people and a genuinely shared leadership model for your organization. You can learn to utilize your own, your management team's or your team's resources in the best possible way, which will increase your organization's productivity. Coaching can be applied e.g., to develop as a leader, to support growing into a leadership role, to improve operational methods, to improve time management, to improve leadership skills and to develop interaction skills. For successful organizations, coaching is the way to even greater success and even better productivity.
Coaching is suitable for organizational development
when you want to bring about sustainable change connected to your organization's strategy and goals, which is not externally guided or dictated
when you want to get people to make better use of their own resources
when you want your organization to achieve the defined goals
Coaching is suitable for senior management development because
effective leadership is reflected in the organization's productivity and success: when the leader knows how to act correctly, the people working in the organization achieve more and work more productively
real and lasting changes are only successful if the leader knows how to properly influence people and their thinking and action patterns
a way of leading that affects productivity means goal-oriented, encouraging, responsible management that utilizes people's strengths in the best possible way
Individual, group, and team coaching processes
A coaching program that utilizes coaching is a process that the Coach controls. The basic process is basically the same for individual, group, and team coaching:
Every development program starts with clarifying the background, purpose, and goals with the client. This follows
Offer or contract with the customer (client). The agreement defines the common operating methods.
The third stage of individual coaching is a tripartite negotiation between the client, the coachee, and the coach, when the coachee is in a reporting relationship with their immediate supervisor. In this case, the goals for the coaching process are agreed together. In the third stage of group coaching, the Coach creates the coaching process. In the third stage of team coaching, the Coach meets the entire team.
In the fourth stage of individual coaching, the Coach makes a contract with the coachee. In the fourth stage of group coaching, the Coach prepares and informs the participants. In the fourth stage of team coaching, the Coach meets the entire team for the first time.
Next, coaching sessions will take place in each coaching option at intervals according to the agreement. Usually, the meetings are every 3-4 weeks and last 1-2 hours at a time.
The individual coaching process ends with a tripartite negotiation between the client, the coachee and the coach when the coachee is in a reporting relationship with their immediate supervisor. Group and team coaching processes are concluded as agreed int he contract.
The coach arranges a follow-up meeting with the client approximately 6 months after the end of the coaching process. In the meeting, the effectiveness of the completed coaching process is evaluated.
I primarily implement coaching sessions as online meetings with virtual tools.
