Assessments
There are many assessments, and it is a skill to choose the right one for the need. For individual assessments I use the DiSC product family, of which the DiSC® Work of Leaders leadership profile and the DiSC® Productive Conflict constructive conflicts profile are the most actively used. If you are interested in developing your work community, then Working Genius may be the right assessment for you.
The DiSC® Work of Leaders leadership profile is an analysis tool that compares your leadership style and interaction style with the world's best leadership practices. The tool's rights are owned by John Wiley & Sons Inc. or its authorized partner. My partner in Finland is MLP Modular Learning Processes Oy, which is a representative of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The leadership profile can be done both as an individual and as a group analysis. The leadership profile helps you e.g., to understand your own behavior as a supervisor and your way of working in the work community. For your management team, the leadership profile is essential for e.g., improving cooperation and developing the operating culture.I also offer separate DiSC® WOL leadership profile, work community profile and constructive conflict profile trainings. The trainings usually consist of group trainings lasting 1-2 days, in addition to which the managers have the opportunity for personal feedback lasting about an hour. I implement the trainings either as online meetings or as face-to-face meetings.
My range of services also includes The Five Behaviors. 5B is a tool for building a strong team culture. With the help of the training program, your team will understand how it can grow into a genuine team based on mutual trust. Developing a team that is unified and efficient in a way that considers the personalities and tendencies of the team members requires a lot of work, but its significant benefit can be seen in the success of the organization. Genuine trust is the key to a strong competitive advantage. In the team's activities, the subjects of examination are mutual trust, constructive conflicts, commitment to joint decisions, mutual accountability, and effectiveness of the members of the team. The training consists of a series of management team trainings lasting approximately one year, in addition to which the managers have the opportunity for personal feedback of approximately one hour by phone or online.
I was the first Finn to be certified as Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius facilitator (August 2021). Working Genius is a tool that helps an individual to identify their natural strengths as an employee, whether they work at any organizational level. It helps them to find the work roles in which they are at their most energetic and productive and identify the roles in which they are not at their best. The rights of the tool are owned by my partners Table Group Inc. and Patrick Lencioni.
The training consists of 1-2 days of training, which I recommend being accompanied by a half-day long follow-up meeting. In addition, participants have the opportunity for personal feedback of about half an hour by phone or online.
